Self Love

Self Love is an appreciation of one’s own worth or virtue. Self love is very important because when we love ourselves more, we instantly change the perspective of the world. Self love also gives us more positive attitude towards our life. It helps in mental health as well. And how can you love someone else if you don’t love yourself first. It’s very important to know your value.

Try investing time in yourself, work on your personal growth and development.

When you love yourself you endeavour to take care of yourself .You take care to look and feel your best by nurturing your body, mind and spirit. You need to love yourself because when no-one is there to fix you , you fix yourself. And how you treat yourself also sets the standard for how others will treat you. Everything starts with how you feel about yourself and when you love yourself , you glow from inside. Never make the mistake of failing to love yourself before loving someone else.

You should start having fun with yourself. Learn how to say no to others , forgive yourself for your mistakes. We all have tremendous gifts, but many of them get unnoticed ,so you should know your strengths. We all know that our lives are full of distractions that is why you should try investing time in yourself and be true to yourself. And, most importantly stop comparing yourself to others. Others aren’t better or worse, more or less than you. They’re just different. Believe in yourself a little more. At the end of the day, your greatest responsibility is to love yourself and know that you are enough.
